  • Student Space

This site provide help and guidance for students through coronavirus. Students in Higher Education across England and Wales can use Student Space to explore a range of trusted information on key challenges for student life during the pandemic, access additional services such as a phone line and text support, and find out about support services within their place of study. Student Space is ran by Student Minds, the UK’s student mental health charity in collaboration with a range of partners, students and experts. Silvercloud:

Silvercloud is a self-help package that gives you the tips and tools to be able to manage your own mental health and wellbeing. The tips and tools are based on a cognitive behavioural approach that helps you challenge your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

  • Matthews Hub – A support service for Autistic people ages 13 and over
  • Humber all Nations Alliance (HANA) BAME support
  • Conifer Sexual Health – Sexual and reproductive health care service.
  • Yorkshire MESMAC is one of the oldest and largest sexual health organisations in the country. Offering services to various communities across Yorkshire, including men who have sex with men, people of colour and other marginalised races, people misusing drugs, sex workers and LGBT+ young people and adults.
