Rapid Response

As part of the large Transformation Programme of Adult Mental Health Services, Mental Health Referral and Crisis Services are changing in Hull and East Riding. This change supports both the NHS Five Year Forward Plan and the Crisis Care Concordat which is a National agreement between services and agencies involved in the care and support of people in a mental health crisis.

Previously there were separate services for working age adults requiring a referral into Mental Health Services in both Hull and East Riding. There were also separate crisis services within Hull and East Riding.
